Well, Stella is doing great ! She is acclimating well and trying new things without hesitation. She is such a sweeti pie :). So gentle and yet can break a piece of the java stand off like nobody's business , lol.

I'm finding the java stand slippery for her and she does come to me for stability,
But she is getting braver each day and learning to balance and hold on better.
I would like to search for the thread on this subject to see if anybody has come up with any ideas to allow more grip.

Stella had her first bath today and boy did she love it !!!! I stood by the kitchen sink and splashed the water around so she could get used to it . Well , that took all of two minutes and she was in the sink , lolol. She also allowed me to use the sprayer on her which just made it more fun for her since I was getting wet too, lol. After that we went outside for some sun :).
She is really not put off by much and takes everything in stride , what a great girl! One thing she has learned is that she can break those large plastic chains like toothpicks , so I'm currently searching for new toy options :)

Funny when I go to pick up my Yoshi or Rosie , it's like having nothing on my hand next to picking up Stella ! What a difference between the three !
Yoshi is just a natural cuddlier and wants nothing more then to be inside your arms and being squished :). And he is less bold with new things.
Rosie is NOT the cuddlier and is very bold , but she wants head scritches all the time , lol. Stella , well , is Stella. She wants to cuddle , climb , cuddle , eat , go n walk abouts , cuddle , eat......play ball , she will chase a ball and pick it up and run off with it , lol. I never saw such a thing ! I thought we were going to get stomach aches from laughing so hard when she did that :). Such a funny girl.

I hope the pictures come through. If not , I will figure something out so you guys can see her....I have quite the lovable , funniest flock . I am blessed :)

I would try wrapping sisal rope around the most favorite parts of the stand. I use vet wrap but she will just demolish that. Pictures???!!!

Gosh, Katherine, who wears the pants in your family, huh?! LOL :D

Hyacinths have always given me the heeby jeebies. Not sure why! But, for as creepy as I think Hyacinths are, Stella sure is cute! ;) Haha. I'm really glad she's fitting in great with your family!
