I love his face in the last pic. He looks so sweet, but then again, we know the story lol. He sure took to you quickly. You just have a way with them.

Is he still plucking the growing in feathers? When are you going to take him home?

I love that last pic too! I think he actually looks softer in the face and body language these days. Though I still put my hands up like I just got caught by the police when certain people walk by and he is sitting with me. He is very much a displacement biter.

He does have a tendency to attack the stand/foot when he is warning people off and telling them to go away. He will also turn his face to the side, kiss, and say hallo in a cutesy manner. ...then spaz out attack his foot and take a swipe at you...poor unsuspecting adopters:54:

He took food nicely from adopters for a bit on Saturday before starting to take swipes at people handing him food. He has a very low tolerance for interaction/socialization with most people. Even though now when I walk up to the stand he will lower his head, put his foot on his neck and start scratching areas he wants me to get...he is training me nicely already

Well he's coming along if he's now able to take handouts from people for a little while BEFORE going for the flesh!

Pictures from tonight! I was trying to distract him from his feathers with an old paper towel roll. When that stopped working a made the left over paper towels that survived the massacre into a collar....that didn't stand up to the beak very long
