Hello From Laurie and Dusty

Hello my name is Laurie and I have a beautiful dusky Conure named Dusty. dusty is about four years old now! I have had him since he was three months old. He is my baby. He can be a brat at times.... I go away to school and in doing so he gets mad at me when i leave him with my parents (he loves my mom). While I am gone he dumps his food to the bottom of his cage or he throws his food at my dog. He absolutely hates men. If my dad gets to close to him he tries to attack him. The only guy that Dusty likes is my boyfriend. Which I find odd...The first time my boyfriend met him he put his arm in the cage before I could let him know that he doesnt like mine. Dusty imediately took to Brian.

I just graduated with my associates in Veterinary Science. In little over a week I am taking the Vet Tech Linscensing exam. I am continuing with my bachelors in Vet Tech mangement.

Welcome! Congrats on getting your Associate's degree! I would love to get mine also in Veterinary science, but I have children now and can't afford to be off work for 2 years, lol! Dusty is beautiful!
