Hi I am a new owner to a female eculectus parrot, Coco, she is about two years old, has been hand raised, I am " bird sitting" indefinitely as she seemed unhappy where she was. She doesn't seem to like females as much as she likes males which is a shame as I'm female. I need help and hints on how to get her tame as she is very aggressive at the moment, I love this bird and I want her to learn to trust me and become my friend but wouldn't have a clue where to start.
