Also, are there any birds of prey in your country? If they are, maybe you shouldn't free fly your parrot. It'll be safer for your bird.

Hi, this is Sarenko he is two years old and he follows me everywhere. I take him outside every day. He is such fast flier, nothing can catch him and he knows that I'm his safe area and if he sees a hawk or something that scares him he will fly straight away towards me
