Hey parrot lovers!
Can you please let me know what this behaviour is? It started about a month ago? They have been tested and turned out to be both girls but i am not sure anymore. Can they still bond? Is that a "courtesy "dance"?

Same sex parrots can still bond and practice mating rituals. Some parrots choose same sex partners even when set up in a breeding situation with access to oppositet sex partners.
Or one can pretend the other is their baby, and practice parenting.

Oh right, ok thank you. Forgot to mention that they’re only 1 year old so not sexually mature yet. But thanks anyway x
