Gretchen baby!

I've recently gotten a 4 year old female (what the people told the bird place when they left her) African Grey. I absolutely adore her. Ive wanted one my entire adult life! Ive owned other birds before. I dont know very many bird people so I'm looking forward to this forum.

Re: Gretchen baby!

Well, I did finally meet a very sweet girl, but I'm not able to take on another bird right now. I have a male Ekkie and a female YNA and they demand all the time I have g

Looking forward to hearing about your girl, and we love pictures if you'd like to share. This is a wonderful place with lots of helpful, knowledgeable people, happy to help answer whatever questions you might have. So glad you found us!

Re: Gretchen baby!

Welcome and congratulations, Greys are wonderful companions. Mine is a Timneh, the smaller and less colorful species.

Re: Gretchen baby!

I happen to run across your post and had a chuckle. 20 years ago I wanted an Ekkie and ended up with a Grey.
