Well I can only guess. The babies in our cat are starting to move alot so from everything Ive learned that means about a week left.
She is sleeping alot too. I will get pics when they are born.Kittens are sooo cute.

BTW this was an adoption and she was already prego when we got her.
This isnt the first prego cat weve had around here.
A few years ago a big grey cat came into our house and had kittens in our laundry room in the dead of winter. Then after a few weeks she left and never came back.We still had the kittens too.She never let us pet her either.Dont know if she was semiferal or just went back home, of course a coyote or fox could have got her too.

She actually belonged to a neighbor but we just kinda took her in.They have alot of cats over there and always have kittens so when she came this way we started feeding her and she ended up staying..We'll have her spayed after she is done with the kittens.
But she is a pill and will not leave my geckos alone. She is okay with the birds(though I cant trust her) but I now have to cover the gecko cages at night(they are active at night).

Awww, I hope you find loving homes for all the kittens and fix mommy after she's given birth. My grandma found a cat giving birth under her trailer during a thunderstorm once. She took the whole lot in, and managed to find homes for all but one kitten and kept the mom (she was beautiful, a huge black cat with long fur). Booboo (the baby) lived for 12 years, but mama cat lived 17 (and who knows how old she was when she was found). It's a shame people still find pregnant dogs/cats when there are free spay/neuter clinics all over. I'm not a big dog/cat person myself, but it still makes my blood boil that people are still so irresponsible with these innocent animals after SO much money has gone into public awareness campaigns. Thousands of healthy, adoptable dogs and cats still die every year because people won't put in the minimal effort fix their pet. I'll end my rant now :)

She is getting huge.I was thinking maybe 3-4 kittens but she just keeps getting bigger.
She is such a brat.If I walk by her she whops me for no reason. She hisses at me if she is in my lap and I move...Hope her kittens are nicer then she is.

BTW there are no FREE spay or neuter clinics anywhere within several hours drive from our town.ITs 125 dollars to spay a cat.So thats alot of the reason there are still unfixed cats and dogs around abouts this area.
My mom lives in Arizona and got her cat neutered for 35 dollars.Geez that would be nice.
All my dogs(4) and cats except this one are fixed and it cost me over 100 for each one.

Wow $125 is high! I know the local shelter in my area advertises like crazy about their bi-annual free spay/neuter clinics (I'm in AZ). I have family in New York, and there's a place that does it free year round. I kind of assumed they did it everywhere, I guess not! We have very few feral cats/dogs around here, and you don't even see the people giving away free puppies/kittens that often either.

There are free events around here and sicounted events, but sadly pennyslivinia is the puppy mill state so we have tons of feral cats and stray dogs running around.. And the Amish don't help as they just let there dogs run free. Kiwi it's the opposite here there are free animals advertised everywhere:(

Squeeee!!!!!! :D KITTIES! The mom is adorable!!! Take bunches of pics of the Easter babies!

Though I've spayed and neutered all the cats I've owned (only 1 now), and wish everyone did, I just love newborn kitties! How can you not?! They're so precious!

I agree Kiwibird and JTbirds. I have adopted 6 cats in the past few years and it disgusts me ever time I go to the pound to see hundreds of adoptable animals killed. After talking to one one the ladies that works at a local pound she said that only 1% of the cats get adopted. It baffles me how anyone would be breeding dogs, cats, and horses these days because there are SO many in rescues that need homes. Perfectly healthy, young, gentle, animals die every day because people won't stop breeding. Most domesticated animals today really are born to die.

Sorry for my rant. This really gets me angry!!

Last month I had my Dog neutered.. Hospital quoted me $300 on the phone when I got there right away extra $50 because of her size(Big Rottweiler). Then they recommended blood work( yes that is extra)+$275.. Special "SAFE"anesthesia +$100.. Then they call me and tell me that she is dehydrated and recommend a IV +$50..Add pain meds and 6 month heartworm pills.. At the end it cost me $1100.00 ..

OMG when we got our Rottie spayed it was like 200 dollars with her back dewclaws removed as well. And she was already in the 50lb range.I cant help but think they were tacking on extra stuff to make the bill higher. My mom had a vet that did that and she changed vets and is very happy with her new one.

Even without any low cost spay/neuters all the rest of the vet bills are very low so we dont complain. And they do housecalls for multiple dogs for only 15 dollars.

She still hasnt had them.Just sits around like a bloated cow.I feel for her.

Our vets do a discount in February were you get 10 dollars off spay and neuters.10 bucks isnt much and I cant wait till next Feb..
I have a puppy to get neutered now too.LOL.He's getting done next week.
But the cat cant get spayed till the kittens are weaned around Juneish.
