She's been in labor for about 2 hours now and still looks pretty big. We have 2 black kittens and a white one so far!

Mine too, but our female Gracie managed to sneek a litter on me before she was spayed. They were so sweet, I love little kitties. How many do you have now?

Hi guys! Sorry I havent up dated you yet. It was so hetic when she was giving birth. She started at 2:04 am and ended at 5:30 am. The first one really scare us because he broke out of his sack before he actually came out :( He was also breached so he came out tail first. Then 11 mins later his foot came out. My mom told us she needed privacy so we left the room to give her some. She actually followed us with a tail and foot sticking out of her! He was stuck for a while and we thought he was gunna die:(
A few mins later he came out all the way! Our Cat , Artemis, licked it to life! Then three mins later another one popped out too. Then my sis needed to pee so I walked over to watch the momma and when I got there another one came out! Then she attened to all her babies and made sure they were clean. I wasnt there for the last two but they both came out looking like their momma!:D All in all we have 5 brand new beautiful kittens. She's actually only 6 months old and given to us when my brothers friend rescued her her from the side of the road in a box. We think she gave her to us because her black cat mated with her already. There are two black kittens(the oldest) 1 white(middle kitten) and two tabbys(the youngest). We're going to have her fixed once the kittens are old enough to go to new homes. We already found homes for 2 and We're keeping her oldest one to help her with the anxiety of loosing the rest of her babies. I'll post some pics for you guys later!:D

Oh and on another note I've finally decided on the name Xander for my little sunny :p

All the kittens are alive and healthy. She feeds them just fine. The pics of the ones I was holding I was only able to get because they werent feeding at the time. That little white one(which you cant really see) is always feeding so I dont touch it lol

Congratulations on a healthy litter, as was already said! Hope you plan to get momma spayed when they are all weaned, of course, but I am glad you already have homes lined up for some of the kits!

Not every mom cat needs to keep a kitten around - in fact some will object once that kitten is grown. The cat my sister-in-law had as a kid ended up splitting the house with the kept kitten - momma "got" upstairs, kitten "got" down and they only crossed paths warily.
