Hawk head

Anyone have experience with hawk heads? They are so cool and different sites I go to have conflicting info about them. Some say they are aggressive and need to be worked with a lot to be a good companion. Others say they are great companions and their aggressiveness is the same as any other parrot species. Anyone know or have experience that can say which it is?

One of my co-workers has one. Well, I should say his wife does. He said his hawk head is extremely aggressive towards anyone but his wife. However, from the stories he has told me, it sounds more like the bird is possessive and protective of his wife as all aggression seams to be defensive behavior. In this particular case I would describe HIS hawk head (not all) as a possessive one person bird. I haven't done any research and it doesn't sound like he has either so I couldn't tell you if this case is "normal" or not.
