Alright so I recently got a DYH that was on mostly sunflower seeds and a bit more seed
Since then I have changed his diet for lafebers and organic pellets along side with fresh water everyday and an asortnment of fruit daily given in the morning and taken out before I go to sleep should I continue with this or should I add or exclude or change anything?

Veggies and grains can be added. Try new things to see what he likes as variety is good. Foods high in Vitamin A are needed, squash, carrots, red peppers and sweet potato. Also make sure he is getting dark leafy greens for calcium like broccolli, spinach and kale. The occasional egg cooked is also good for them.
Lots of tips in the recipe section.

Yes you can use mixed frozen vegetables, but I would also cook squash and sweet potato and things that can't be found frozen in bag. Variety is key and giving them different things so they don't get bored.
