How bad is it to mix different brand foods?

I've been trying to get Timneh to eat Harrison's pellets but shes not very interested. I noticed that theres no Vitamin A in the nutriberries. So I grind em up and put em in her mashed. I do mash because she doesn't like to eat so many different veggies that I didn't feel that chop was enough. Sh eats 1 or two grapes a day, the inside only of green beans, and grinds up carrots but not really eating them. Small bites of spinach, squash, zuch, berries, bananas, oranges, apples, broc, cauli, sugar snap peas, snow peas, doesn't really like peppers at all, Bok choy, not sure what else. But the sweet potato mash i made has a bunch of stuff in it and with the harrisons in it makes like a porridge that she really seems to like. Much less goes flying everywhere. She still gets Higgins Safflower blend, left over from orginal diet. Shes lost a few grams in the process. Used to get a whole dish of peanuts everyday and all the sunflower seeds she could eat. I take the peanuts out of the Higgins mix sometimes open em up and give her a peanut if they look good. I'll give em this higgins peanuts usually look pretty good when I open em up. Thanks for the help I still feel very ignorant in the diet area. She eats her mash in the am and then nutriberries and seeds in the afternoon, and nutriberries and vegetables and fruits I can get her to eat at night.

Commonly, there is no major problems with mixing like product bases! Watch Date Codes and conditions of items being mixed.

Mixing wet and dry have very specific time for use until they begin to break down.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Birds can certainly tire of the same 'ol, same 'ol! I strive to change the complexion and variety as often as possible. Plenty of mixing is great, but definitely heed Sailboat's advice regarding product age and breakdown.

Thank you I did up a huge batch of mash that I froze in individual servings. So I thaw it out, mix and serve. Been working well. She's eating the pellets I want her to eat and the veggies, and fruits. Starting to feel more secure about Timneh's nutrition.
