I just voted from my android and it worked. Maybe it's something specific to your phone or brand? Mine is a Samsung Note 3.

Oh, wait. Are you using Tapatalk? I've never been able to access the poll voting function through Tapatalk.

And yours looks so happy! My little cotton ball, as you put it, was only a day or two old and almost died, which is why he is in my hand that day; I had just pulled him for hand feeding for the first time; Keeping him alive may be the most terrifying thing I have ever done! Lol but I think this whole "competition" is really just another excuse for all of us to share our babies and drool over everyone else's! What's the story on that pic again? Your baby looks so content :)

That was the first night I had him home after I rescued him. He had been living on a T-stand for who knows how long, his feet were so raw and because of his toes that may have been broken when he was little, he had trouble perching. I had gave him a bath when I got him home, scrubbed his feet and butt clean, removed a bunch of feathers that were practically rotting and I put him next to my bed like that for him to sleep, and that's what he did. Probably the first good night's rest he had in a while.

I kept him in a big tote for a while till I got a cage and his feet healed, but he slept next to me every night like that and would crawl up next to my pillow sometimes. Looked like a caterpillar crawling on his belly.
