Tate is home! He's adjusting pretty well w/ pics.
Seemed like forever, but I finally picked up my WC Pionus from the airport last week. He was such a little trooper and didn't seem too shaken up by all the traveling. It took a good two days for him to truly warm up and start eating like he should, but now he's doing great! He'll step up for us and allow the occasional head scratch too. I'm totally in love and even my boyfriend, to whom I had to beg and plead to, to get him is now a converted bird person lol. We're already thinking of adding another : )
He loves to play with his toys and is quite the acrobat already. He seems like a very confident and well socialized lil guy and we're so happy to have him. The breeder did a very nice job.
