I have heard of a place in Canada that does it a bit cheaper but I haven't used them. Maybe someone else has and can offer their input on them. I believe it was called Accu-metrics.....

I'm from Canada and used the HealthGene service. Cost me $13 and I received a sex certificate. Arrived within about 1 week or so after sending it in.
