assuming the parrot - in my case, say an alex - will like me more than someone of his own breed?

I am really wondering if anyone can shed light on this

thanks

Parrots
*new* green indian ringneck
White face pied cockatiel
Cinnamon pearl cockatiel
I know my cockatiel will do anything to be right next to me but nips my other tiel if he gets too close.
So my answer is yes but I raised my tiels from babies and hand fed them.

Depends on how well bonded your bird is to you. You should start a thread in the Alex section of the forum.

Hi Olga!

Click on the link at the top that says forums. From there you can scroll down to different forum sections and see what everybody is talking about in those different sections. There is an Alex section under species specific. Once you're in there you can post a new thread just like you did in this section.

Hope this helps! :D

How did you create THIS thread?

You find the category you want to post in first.

For example, if you want to make a new thread in the "ALEXANDRINES" section, you first open that section up by clicking on the word "Alexandrines".

Then, on the top left you click on "Create new thread".

That easy. :)
