Why do my birds stretch every time I walk into the room?
Is this a greeting?
Every time I walk in they both stretch... It's so cute haha
Why do they do this?

It could mean they are comfortable or nervous around you..depends on the bird...in my case it means both..my severe macaw is comfortably nervous in her new home with me lol.not much help am I? But no one else chimed in.

You probably just caught their attention. Mine do it too, like if you were comfortable in bed and somebody came and tapped you on the shoulder, you'd stretch a little too. Isn't a specifically good or bad thing, just re adjusting and getting comfy. :)

I do think it means they are content/happy. Mine usually does when i first come in, and every so often. She will start stretching in anticipation of being let out of the cage i think.

My Hahn's, Cosmo, does it all the time too. More so when he gets let out the cage or when he's on the playstand and he's about to get into mischief. :)
