What's your feeding schedule??? From what I read about them, they fledge at 6-7 weeks of age. So I take it yours is pretty much feathered out still with some pin feathers? When I used to raise parrots, I would place a food dish within the aquarium where I keep my babies and feed them different types of food to entice them to play with them and teach them early to learn to eat pretty quick as soon as they're weaned. Every 4 hrs sounds like quite a bit to me but depending on how much you feed. Do you check the crop before feeding? You must be sure the crop sack is emptied before you feed!!!! That's VERY important!!!! By dumping more food in when they're still left over food within CAN cause crop rot in which can cause them not wanting to eat. Have you checked his weight? You should not be able to feel their breast bone if he's at a proper weight level.

At four weeks he should be eating every 6 hours. 6A-12P-6P-12P. Or there abouts. It is very important to have formula at correct temp and consistently. 105-108 degrees, consistency of a thick creamy gravy. He should be eating more then 10ml. While it is normal for some babies to not have a feeding response, most do. I think an avian vet check for a crop swab is in order to make sure he does not have yeast or bacterial growth. This will definitely effect the feeding response. It is always important to weigh babies first thing in the morning before eating. This will tell you if they are gaining. Gram scales can be purchased at kitchen supply stores very cheaply.
