FYI, Barbara does have a lot of great articles, blogs and videos out there that are free to watch. Maybe things changed from years ago?
BT was actually charging OUTRAGEOUS prices for their content! The same information, and far better, that you could get from actual trainers and behaviorists!
I don't know what they charge now, nor do I care... but back then, the information BT provided was pretty bad...
It is not unheard of for them to learn something for free or for a reduced amount from an actual trainer or someone with far more experience and then turn around and sell the "same" training methods they just learned for far more.... while starving their birds. They've done it I don't know how many times now.
Only good thing I can really say about them is that they at least enjoy helping people.
