I finally decided to try my hand at making some chop for my boy. I didnt put as much n it as I wanted to, but the bowl was full! LOL. Fidget seems to approve although he squawked at me the entire time I was making it!

Lets see, it has yams, spinach, serrano peppers, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, apples, and a couple of other things that I cant think of right now.

He ate it so its all good and I have several packages in the freezer of more of it.

Easy on the spinach. it prevents them from absorbing calcium.

Is it weird that I'm hugely obsessed with pictures of chop? It's just so... glorious. I also recommend adding some grains like quinoa, quick oats, and maybe a few others to help with water absorption to prevent the chop from being too watery and freezing poorly.

Not at all Chantal! I find it oddly gratifying, and I'm someone who can't stand this trend of everyone posting food photos.
