Yellow Naped Amazon-Sam
My year old YNA act very much like a human, every time I give him stuff to chew or play with (straws are his fav) he doesn't use his beak to grab it he puts his foot out and grabs it! even with treats he will use his foot to grab stuff from my hand, only out side his cage he turns in to a bird and uses his beak. I found this pretty funny he even has full conversations and laughs every time i finish talking to him, a real human laugh! pretty creepy but funny.
he just mumbles bunch of jubbrish and wait for me to reply ten laughs. feels like me talking to a 1 year old.

How do your parrots resemble human traits, any funny story's?

I think that is rather common parrot nature. Obviously parrots don't have hands, so instead they use their feet and beaks to make up for it. All of my birds except my Lovebirds and Cockatiels use their feet to grab certain foods and objects. It is super cute to see though.
