Mishka refused to come out her cage all day, I tried everything.
Then I sat watching her, took some pic's, and figured out, she's having so much fun with her rings.

Thought I would share her enjoyment with you guys !!!!!:D

Am i correct Antoinette in thinking that those rings are to attach metal bowls to the cage? Unfortunately I have been unable to find them in stores without them coming with a bowl.

You are 100% correct Dusty, clever girl........ ;)

When GiGi, my beloved AG passed on 4 years ago, I gave her cage to my ex husband. He did not want the bowls and rings.
I put them away in a box.
When moving into this apartment I found them. One problem, I could not find the bowls LoL.
Shortly there after, we decide we wanted to hand rear an AG.

At one stage I was playing with them, on the floor. Mishka immediately started going through the rings, even though I was holding them.

I placed them in her cage, attached chains through some of them.
Mishka took to them like a duck to water.

She loves going through the rings, balancing, letting go and swinging.
Never in my life have I seen a bird, who swings more than Tarzan.

I wouldn't come out of the cage either... i love the last photo

Lets see how brave Mishka is now !!!!!!!!

Bought her a 3 tier loop, with a bell attached to the bottom loop.
Could not fit the bell in the pic.
Only difference is these loops twist and turn.
Must try video her trying it out.

Yes we all want to play in Mishka's home. Good way to exercise.

I rotate her toys, rings and chains around, about every 3 weeks.
Then she thinks she has new ones. I believe it stops her from becoming bored, and keeps her stimulated, and as you mentioned good way to exercise.
