That is great news, and its a great start. When she hasn't bitten then give her lots of praise, when she does just walk out not saying anything to her.

Yeah thats a good time to stop, whenever you feel that she is getting too stressed, don't worry about her trying to find a way up to the cage for now, a bit later on you could always get a ladder for her to get up there, but for now you want her to rely on you to get her back to her cage. Hence you are the good guy.

The spray bottles you can get at a garden centre, or if you use a spray for cage cleaning you can always wait for the cleaner to be finished and wash that bottle out with hot water.
