I have seen birds outside their cage tweeting and staying where they are not flying away . How do they do that? Do they train them to stay where the are or it's the birds choice? Whenever I put my budgie on top of its cage he just flys into the kitchen or around the living room and into other parts of the house that are not bird proof . How do you make your budgie stay where they are?
