From previous post you would know that I have a almost 5 month old Ekkie who is basically the perfect temperament.
My question is that I have read in other forms that Ekkies do take a little extra time to bond with their owners because they r very weary and calculating. Is this true?. As I find he steps up and down and I have no fear of him taking a ear off while on my shoulder.
When it comes top Snuggles he tolerates it but doesn't enjoy scratches or anything like that... Yet.
Is this typical with this breed of parrot? Remembering that he is only 5 months old. I forget that sometimes because of his size.
