Hi all, I'm new on here and could really use some advice. My pair of celestial parrotlets laid/hatched 4 eggs. They parented them well, and have now decided it's time to kick the eldest chick out. 3 of 4 of the chicks are able to groom/feed themselves, but the youngest still seems to need mum to feed her. The problem is. .. mum doesn't want to feed her and just attacks her
Baby sits in the food tray, but looks hopefully at the older babies to feed feed her.
Any ideas? I have no experience in hand rearing. I don't think she's far off feeding herself. Is there any food I can offer her to try herself?
Thanks for any advice!
