I have my bird Echo (SI Eclectus) clicker trained to do all sorts of neat tricks, that I believe made her into a smarter and more interactive pet. Now I'd like to Train Apollo (Greenwing Macaw) BUT he isn't very food motivated. I've tried fruit, pellets, nuts, cereal, etc. What other foods should I try?

I just tried cooked noodles and he wouldn't even go near it. I know hew won't take sunflower seeds but I will give plain popcorn a try.

food may not be his motivator does he like to give kisses? or get scratches or some bird just like praise or a few seconds with a favorite toy find what motivates you bird, the only GGW I knew loved a lollypop dipped in water then rolled in seeds which she would hod in one foot and eat.
