coconuts??

im going fishing tomorow (well bf is, im goin to relax on the beach) and the beach has lots of coconut trees. im hoping that there will be a few lieing around on the ground so i can make yet more toys.

has anyone else used coconuts to make ur own toys, and if so how did u go about preparing them?

oh and any ideas u may have or pics of ones you have made woukd be appreviated.

I have bought toys with coconuts on them I think they enjoy the husk more then the large hard outer shell though. So if you can find out what it takes to make coconut husk non toxic, or if it is even toxic at all then go for it
