Conure chick: Lump near tail base - Urgent advice needed

Hello everyone. This is Kiwi, a yellow sided conure baby. As you can see in the image, there is a lump near the base of his tail with a white thing coming out of it. I only noticed it today while feeding him. I looked it up on Google and found out that it could be his oil gland. Is it his oil gland or something unusual? Any information about what this could be would be extremely helpful. The white thing was there before, but the lump grew overnight, and I am sure it was not there before. Please help.

This is their preen gland. Completely normal, worry not.
