conure treats

I'm curious to know where you guys buy your treats for your birds. I've stopped feeding peanuts which is my GCC's absoute favorite and I need to find something he likes just as much. My only problem is my local bird store doesn't seem to have much variety and everything else I find has sugar. I'm looking for dried or freeze dried fruits and veggies that I can put in foraging toys. Also, what nuts legumes are safe? Is there somewhere online that I order treats from?

What about unsalted nuts from the health food store? I use those (cashews and almonds usually, broken into little pieces) and Nutriberries as Phlox's favorite.
