Sunny a female B&G macaw;
Japie (m) & Appie (f), both are congo african grey;
All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)
Because it is (again) a snuggly-hut shape and we know what issues those can give, and second: the cardboard is fine, but are the amounts of glue??
(and what is the trim made of?)

Cats just scratch and claw, they do not gnaw, tear, destroy and maybe ingest it.
(that what little birdies are for / if you are a cat)

a quick search shows that it's things made out of fabrics that are dangerous to birds - and that would include fabric snuggly tents and huts. birds can pick at threads and get tangled in them. as for corrugated cardboard glues, food grade starches are used - mostly because it's cheap. otherwise, lots of birds would be sick from chewing on things like cardboard paper towel or toilet paper rolls, etc. - because they are obviously glued together with something. cats and dogs also chew and ingest paper and wood products, so it's very unlikely that anything made for pets would be made with a toxic glue. it also wouldn't make sense concerning manufacturing costs. https://makeyourownbirdtoys.com/Is-Cardboard-Safe-for-My-Bird.html
