diff between a parrotlet and a linni

What would be the main difference between a Linnie and a parrotlet?
Ive been suggested these two birds so just want to do a comparison

From what I understand from some owners of Parrotlets, they are more nippy, and have more attitude than most Linnies. I'm a member of a Linnie forum, and some Linnie owners have both.... They are very similiar in appearance, although Parrotlets are a little smaller.
