Hi all, I know there aren't many Rosella owners on the forum, but I have to ask anyway: My OgY gets out of the cage, we get him back "on contract" with a little help and persuasion, but he doesn't want to land on my arm or shoulder. When he is in the cage, I manage to touch his feet and claws with my finger, and he does not run away, rarely even his stomach. Do you have any tips on how to get him used to touching him a little bit? Thanks in advance,

Have you heard of target training?

I also recommend trick training too as training them to let you touch there head or feet and be a ‘trick’ too.

Not exactly, but I'll look online to see what it's all about
