Hi there! My name is Kat and I am looking forward to indulging in the wealth of information on this forum. I am currently parrotless, but my family always were and still are bird lovers.

My husband and I are doing our research now and hoping to get a cage all set up and ready before we put a deposit down on a baby. I am looking around here to see what parrot would be a good fit for our family, but right now I think that we are leaning towards a red lored amazon.
