How he doing now?

I would keep him warm and give him anything he will eat, even if it’s treats.
Call as soon as you can, get an appointment with your avian vet ASAP!
When you say vomit, what does it look like?
Creamy and white is usually what parrots regurgitate.

So there is vomiting, the bad kind like if there is a problem with something he ate, and there is regurgitation which is what parrots do to feed their young and also do sometimes for a favorite person or toy or something. BY all means have him checked in the AM by a qualified avian vet, but at least you can sleep tonight knowing its most likely the latter.

The regurgitation action is very disturbing the first time you see it. Like "AAKKkkkkk!" what;s he doing???, but its very common in parrots.

Thank you all for the replies, I managed to find an avian vet that accepted emergency visits.

Update ; Just got home. the vet prescribed him antibacterial and anti nausea medications.
Thankfully the vomiting stopped and he is being playful again.
