How do the seeds stay in?

Ona just got this adorable toy in her Squawk Box. How did they get the little seeds to stay stuck in? It’s like they’re “glued” in there.

I’ve made wild bird seed “wreaths” using plain gelatin to “glue” the seeds together. Maybe something like that?

I've seen everything from gelatin to honey to corn syrup mentioned in various recipes. What a shame they don't actually tell you on the label :(

I've seen everything from gelatin to honey to corn syrup mentioned in various recipes. What a shame they don't actually tell you on the label :(
I wish they did! I have some allergies and it would make it a lot easier if they did that
