How long do you recommend I quarantine a new amazon

I have a Quaker, GCC and next week I'll be getting a red crowned amazon from a rescue. Age is unknown thought to be about 15, male and apparently fairly new to the rescue. I'll be getting a vet check up as soon as I can, but how long would you recommend I quarantine him?

I believe generally 30 days of quarantine will suffice.
