How long is too long?

As I am still in high school, I have a couple of things that unfortunately must come before my pets.
For a bit over 2 days, I will be away on a school camp. I am leaving my parrot (that I intensively train everyday to avoid aggression issues that have previously appeared) with my mum, so he will have adequate water and food. I'm sure he will be fine health-wise, but I was worried that to a small extent, he will lose some of the training and trust I have worked hard on?

I'm not expecting to come back and find him biting everything that moves, but I am worried that our bond will be strained slightly.
Have you had any experience with this issue?

It is for two days I can almost guarantee you nothing wil change, but he may be more stuck to you when you came home as he will have missed you, if anything he may give you a hard time once and then say ok never mind he's bad so I will love on him.... I see no issue in leaving for a short period of time like the a all

Justin is probably right, and you'll return home to find VERY happy babies.

On a personal note, my big macs are not very forgiving when I'm away for only 1 entire day. :54:

Being gone only a few days should not be a problem.....

For the past 8 years a bird sitter took care of my birds most of the time as I was working out of the country 6, 7, sometimes 8 months at a time.....we overcame the separation problem by making some CDs of my voice, talking to them & doing routine things out of their sight...whenever I came home, I'd put on a bird shirt, let everybody out & after an hour or two, things would kind of settle down & be sort of normal until it was time to leave again.....
