So, I went grocery shopping the other day and ended up tossing a few things into the cart for my flock

Fruit and veggie kabober thing

In a bowl because I only have 1 kabober thing:54:

Some fruits and veggies mixed in with sprouts

ALL of my birds love this, absolutely NOTHING is left in their dishes.
For anyone interested...........

In the mixing bowl and kabober were,

Oranges
Apples
Carrots
Broccoli
Red Pepper
Green Pepper

Sprout mix,

Spelt
Hulled Millet
Adzuki Beans
Hulles Barley
Green Lentils
Mung Beans
Quinoa

Mixed the sprouts with cooked green beans, corn, carrots, apples and peas
