Don’t see the point.

Maybe they don't know..I mean, you could approach it in a gentle/informative way perhaps...Mention what happens to a bird who stays in its cage without proper socialization and ask what they plan to do with him if he never sells...I am sure they paid a chunk of change to get him and want to make their money back, but let's be real, that price was set BEFORE he had been locked up for 6 months. It IS POSSIBLE...that they are handling him in the evenings--- I know that at a Pet Co near me, the employees did take some of the birds out from time-to-time before and after work (and sometimes during the day).
