Laying Eggs Again

Hi there. My cockatiel laid eggs in mid August which i found out to be infertile after few days of incubation. So i wait for the parents to loose interest after that i removed eggs and cleaned the nest box. For the past few weeks they were mating like crazy and yesterday she laid an egg.

I had a clutch of eggs that hatched in august. The hen just laid her 3rd egg 2 days ago.

I thought I would not have more until spring. I have been told that this is not uncommon given the right circumstances.
Plenty of food & water, nesting box and opportunity.
