Lethargic Green cheek conure

Hi can anyone please help me my 22 week old conure Sunny is very lively but for nearly 2 days he hasn't been himself and spending time snuggled up to me and sleeping so much more than normal.Please if anyone can give me any advice it would be very much appreciated as I'm so worried about him.Hes my baby.Thank you.
