low dander birds

Hi all. I want to know before I bring a new bird to its forever home which birds have low dander and dust. I am allergic to cockatiels. I want either a senegal or a green cheek conure...not sure which is the better cuddler and which is low dander. This is my first bird although I have foster an orange wing amazon for about 3 months which is now gone and in his new forever home. I want a cuddler and one that might say a few words. I also can not spend a mint on one. My cage is 20 x 20 x 26 with a play gym on top. I am home all day and I am an empty nester so I will give lots of attention to the bird. If there is another bird that you might think is good for me please let me know. Thanks

Have you considerd a Lineolated Parakeet? A small bird, with a big parrot personality...and very low dander. I'd go as far as saying dander is non-existant.
