Maxi vs Blue Headed

Ok everyone. I'm new here. I have been enjoying this forum so much.

I have read and read and read. Much of my reading says that the Maxi and Blue Headed are very similar over all...including temperament except for a slight difference in size.

What are your opinions?

These birds are what I refer to as "amazon-lite." Similar in behavior and tempernment to an amazon, but less excitable.

Which I guess doesn't help much, if you haven't been around amazons before.
