Isn't she a Cherry Headed Conure??? It's been a long time since I've seen one in person but I did watch Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill....

She is a Cherry headed conure...that was at a park with my DYH and Umbrella ...they all had fun. All of my birds are full flight birdies. I only clip wings when I first get them to build trust and relationship with them...then if I trust them I will take them outside without issue
