hi folks...

Thank you for asking.. I'm doing pretty good at the moment. I saw my cardio doc Monday and the damage to the muscle was NOT as bad as I feared.

He had me do a mild stress test and was happy with the outcome.

He will be setting me up with Cardio Rehab soon. Now I just have to make it thru the moving out of this place next week.
