I am about to make my first chop in a while and found a great bean mix in a can at the supermarket. Its organic and in water with no added salt. I was going to add it to my chop but am i better off adding it and blending or adding it after all of the other stuff is blended up and just mixing it through whole?

Also i am looking at getting roudybush pellets. What would you suggest, daily maintenance or California blend?

Personally, I only recommend using adzuki, mung, chickpeas (garbanzo), lentils or sprouting peas. I've never used beans out of a can.

As for Roudybush, you could probably use either, or!
