Ok, so this is a big leap.
I am currently caring for a 7 week old Green Wing Macaw. I always wanted a Hyacinth Macaw, but I can't afford the prices. But there are Hyacinth eggs available.
I can buy an incubator, and buy the eggs and hatch them, and great I have a Hyacinth Macaw. However, the recommendation is to leave the baby with the parents for 19 days, then feed it on your own.
But I don't have the parent. Can you offer me advice on how I can accomplish the task of raising a new born Macaw myself without the parent.
