I'm building an out of cage gym for my Sun Conure but cannot find out what type of wire is safe to use. I know zinc is no good, but what else is good/not good. Also, my conure keeps unhooking his water bottle so I'm planning to use the same type of wire to secure that more effectively, unless someone has some other idea? Thanks, Whaleman76

Whaleman, go to Home Depot (or online, even better) and get a big spool of stainless steel picture hanging wire. It won't rust, and because of that, it isn't coated...so nothing to get into the bird's digestive system. It's pricey, but then again, isn't everything for our fids? ;)
