Simple Tabletop T-Stand?

Hello again. Sorry for making another thread. Just when I think I'm all set (4 months later), I keep coming up with new things to obsess over.

I am looking for a small, simple portable T-Stand for my Sun, Boomer. Something unobstrusive that I can carry around and set on my desk, the kitchen sink, a windowsill. Something very similar to the T-stand seen in this video (not mine) but must have a flat bottom so I can set it down anywhere.

You could make one out of pvc...it really simple and affordable too.

Yep, pvc is cheap and easy

The bigger one is Pepper's for in the shower, I just sit it on the tub floor. The smaller one is a tabletop training stand.

What is wrapped around the perch? I assume it is to add traction.

Its vetwrap, you can buy it at tractor supply in many different colors. it costs about 2-3 bux a roll. Its main purpose is to wrap horse injuries but its excellent to wrap perches. I made a window and a shower perch from PVC and then wrapped it with vetwrap , it was very inexpensive and took me about 30 minutes to complete a nice shower perch for my birdies

Yep, it's vetwrap. They have 4 packs that a little bit cheaper than buying single rolls.

Thanks for the tips! I'm not handy at all, but I'll look into PVC pipes at Lowes when I get a chance.
